A. Dish washing liquid is not good for the cars paint because it is usually not pH balanced and they can strip the wax off of the car. It is good to get car washing material that have fortified brighteners and that are pH balanced.

A. A good rule of thumb is that you should wax your car with the change of every season and or a minimum of 2 times a year. You cars paint goes through more than the eye displays and to keep your paint in optimal shape waxing a polishing frequently is necessary.

A. You should wash your car at least every week for best results. We don’t see it but the harsh environment really takes a toll on our vehicles paint. There is microscopic dirt, grime, pollen, sap etc… That imbeds itself into the paint which can cause problems later on if you never wash your car. I would also determine how much you should wash your car by how much you use your vehicle. If you drive your car once a week, you should be ok to wash your car every couple of weeks.
